Well, on Sunday we had a major storm!
Well at least in Childwall (home of the passive aggressive). When my Dad got home I was all 'OHSHI- STORM!!' and he said that in the city center they only had a bit of drizzle.

On the Sunday morning/very early afternoon I came home worse for ware and hungover, so I stretched out on a sun lounger and fell fast asleep.

I only woke up when my mum was pulling me up by the front of my shirt and I had a mouth full of rainwater. The thunder and lightning were really violent and my back garden was flooded. We have a little statue of a cat playing on it's back near the back of the grassy part and it was completely submerged.
When I looked out this morning the grass is super-waterlogged.

The rats were terrified too, they were running around their cages like 'AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!!!' and when I opened the cage door they LEAPT onto my face and scrambled down my top.
I just sat in my room with them while they hid, reading a book because we had to turn all electric stuff off.



I'm having a friend from Uni over this week and I promised I'd cook!
Uhh oh. Normally I would of just said (with a stupid grin on my face) 'izza? Yeah? Pizza?', but she previously cooked for me, and it was gorgeous too T_T

I guess something easy, yet affective will do. Like lasagne, or bangers and mash... hmmm.

Anyways, I'm scooting back into the lab where it's cool!
